Amazing breakfast a great selection of meals.
Gorgeous location, excellent staff, nice views at sunset. Extremely pleasant room with a minibar, central heating, and an iron with ironing board for a really lovely stay. Exceptionally comfortable bed; good bathroom. Location adjacent to an excellent restaurant for dinner, Duomo, and a private Renaissance garden. Honestly nothing too much trouble❤

The hotel has a secluded location close to all the restaurants in the area, as well as the castle and the center of Spoleto, making it convenient. the room was spotless and well-equipped with a minibar, central heating, and an ironing set. It's also just 4 km away from the main attraction, Mace Beaumont.

Our first night was in a very small room. The next four nights we upgraded for a nominal fee to a wonderful room across the courtyard from the main quarters. It was a great two-level larger room. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good--especially for such a small hotel.

The hotel is run by a very friendly couple who put their heart and soul in renovating the place. Had a chat with the owner and i was told that the place was abondened prior to it being turned into the Palazzo Leti Residenza d'Epoca however two solid years of hard work has brought about the gem it is today. The Palazzo has a very homly atmosphere and the decor is of a high standard and is well maintained. A true home away from home.

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at Palazzo Leti in Spoleto. Anna Laura & Gian Paolo were a perfect host couple always ready to help even with parking the car properly or getting the car out of the tight parking lot. Their recommendations for food were impeccable. The place was within walking distance of the most important places in the city. Our room was comfortable althoughh street noise in the morning can wake you up if your window is open. We will be happy to recommend this place to friends and also visit again.
We had trouble with our toilet plumbing preventing us from using it for a couPle of hours. Since there was no handyman around, we had to wait for Gian Paolo to fix it. We also had to ask for the air-conditioning to be activated during midday. Everything else worked well.
